Visioner CRM is designed so the core account planning workspace can run locally on your Mac. Accounts, contacts, projects, notes, org charts, tasks, and exports stay on-device unless you choose to use a cloud feature.
Local workspace
The Mac beta stores workspace data locally. Import, export, and backup actions are user initiated. We do not automatically read your inbox, calendar, contacts, social accounts, or customer systems in the local core app.
Optional cloud features
Paid cloud features such as BCC email capture, Contact Enrichment, Intelligence, cloud backup, and Visioner Credits require login and explicit use. BCC capture should retain metadata and approved summaries by default; raw email body and attachments should be stored only when the user enables archive storage.
